Yes. We proudly ship worldwide! Better yet, our tracked shipping is always 100% free of charge, with no minimum purchase!

We accept ALL major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2-4 business days, and take between 5-15 business days to be delivered. Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and there are also international delivery delays that are out of our control. Please check our shipping guide for more information.

After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn’t work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

We offer refunds on qualified orders. Please check our returns guide and return policy.

We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed, and set aside for shipping.

Please contact us as soon as possible within the following time period for cancellations and changes and provide us your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!

To cancel your order, please do so within 6 hours from time of order confirmation. Late requests may incur fees.

To make changes to your order (change color or size), please do so within 24 hours from time of order confirmation.

Order modification requests after 24 hours from time of order confirmation may not be accommodated.

All gift cards are not returnable or refundable for cash. The good news is that the gift cards do not expire and can be used in multiple transactions until the credit runs out.

Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.

We work with top manufacturers worldwide to bring together the best-valued and high-quality products to our customers. Your order can be shipped anywhere from the continental USA, Vietnam, India, China, or other countries. We partner with USPS, UPS and DHL to deliver your packages and they will be handled with the utmost care and expediency.

Some packages may be subject to import duties depending on the country of receipt.

If customs clearance procedures are required under certain circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.

DanielJax is not responsible for any packages held, destroyed or returned by government or customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. If your order is returned to us due to aforementioned reasons, we will charge you a returned shipping fee before resending or refunding the order. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

In summary – we may collect taxes and duties at checkout depending on your destination country. In these cases, you will not incur any extra charge upon receiving your package.
